Working age pensioners, part-time students and external pupils have to register status which gives them right to reduced fare until February 1
"Rīgas satiksme" reminds that working pensioners, part-time students, as well as external pupils up to the age of 19, declared in Riga, are entitled to reduced fare in Riga public transport. To receive the status which gives the right to reduced fare, persons of the above categories have to visit one of customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme". Those who already enjoy fare discounts, e.g. non-working pensioners, full-time students, persons aged 75 and older, pupils and others, shall not go anywhere – the above categories of passengers will continue enjoying the discounts like before.
